Stephanie E. Menjivar Ms. Menjivar is an Associate with Lambert & Martineau. She graduated in 2004 from Lehigh University where she received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. Ms. Menjivar received her Juris Doctor in May 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Ms. Menjivar was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2007. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Indiana County Bar Association. Ms. Menjivar's primary practice areas are oil and gas law with an emphasis on oil and gas title opinions for Pennsylvania oil and gas operators. Ms. Menjivar frequently writes and lectures on oil and gas legal topics, including issues specific to the Marcellus Shale, for the oil and gas industry. |
