Bradley J. Martineau Mr. Martineau is the Managing Partner of Lambert & Martineau. He graduated cum laude from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and graduated magna cum laude in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Martineau was the Editor-in-Chief and an Editorial Board Member of Volume 62 of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Mr. Martineau is an honorary member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Order of the Coif. During and immediately after law school, Mr. Martineau worked in the commercial real estate group at Reed Smith LLP in their Pittsburgh office. After working at Reed Smith LLP, he then served a two-year clerkship for the honorable Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Martineau is a member of the Indiana County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of West Virginia and the State of Ohio, and is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Martineau's primary practice area is oil, gas and mineral law with a large portion of his practice devoted to oil and gas title examinations, title opinions, and oil and gas title curative proceedings. Mr. Martineau is the founder of the Pennsylvania based abstracting company Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC. Mr. Martineau's oil and gas industry affiliations include membership in the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association, the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL), and the Greater Appalachian Basin Association of Lease & Title Analysts . Mr. Martineau frequently lectures and writes on various legal topics in the oil and gas industry, including topics specific to the Marcellus Shale, and he serves as an expert witness on Pennsylvania oil and gas title related issues. Mr. Martineau currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lifesteps, Inc. and the Board of Directors of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce. |
