Mr. Martineau is the Managing Partner of Lambert & Martineau and the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC. He graduated cum laude from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and graduated magna cum laude in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Martineau was the Editor-in-Chief and an Editorial Board Member of Volume 62 of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Mr. Martineau is an honorary member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Order of the Coif.

During and immediately after law school, Mr. Martineau worked in the commercial real estate group at Reed Smith LLP in their Pittsburgh office. After working at Reed Smith LLP, he then served a two-year clerkship for the honorable Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Martineau is a member of the Indiana County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Martineau's primary practice areas are oil, gas and mineral law, federal and state litigation, business and corporate law, and commercial real estate and finance law.

Mr. Martineau's oil and gas industry affiliations include membership in the the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania (IOGA), the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association (POGAM) and the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL). Mr. Martineau frequently lectures and writes on various topics in the oil, gas and mineral industry.

Mr. Martineau also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lifesteps, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors for the Foundation for IUP.
