Robert W. Lambert Mr. Lambert is a retired partner with Lambert & Martineau. Mr. Lambert continues to work as an associate and consultant to the firm. Mr. Lambert is a 1967 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a 1974 honors graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law. Mr. Lambert concentrates in business and corporate law and business and commercial litigation. Mr. Lambert devotes a substantial part of his practice to the oil, gas and mineral law industries. Mr. Lambert is a past president of the Indiana County Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association ("PBA") and a member of the PBA Business Law section and Environmental Law section. Mr. Lambert is admitted to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is further admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Lambert's industry affiliations include membership in the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania (IOGA) and Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association (POGAM). Mr. Lambert has lectured on frequent occasions on topics in the oil, gas and mineral industry. |
